Fab Wire Cutter, Assign specific number, Fablabconnect
Wire Cutter, a very useful and efficient tool, is introduced here. The main important feature of this wire cutter is that the user can assign the specific number of wires and specific length for cutting. In this project, 3D printed parts to grip the cutter and a design on white Acrylic sheet for the base are used. Then, the Arduino Leonardo microcontroller for controlling the input, output and the stepper motor is designed. The programming has been done using the Arduino IDE , for setting the values to be displayed on LCD and controlling the motors.
