School District Receives $25,000 Fab Lab
The Rhinelander, Wisconsin school district received a grant Tuesday from the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation (WEDC) to purchase additional equipment and expand its Fab Lab.
Rhinelander’s Fab Lab opened this fall and is still being stocked with equipment.
District officials say the new Fab Lab is already changing the way students learn and engage with the design process for problem solving and “receiving this second grant will allow us to complete our plans and be able to offer a full lab of equipment to all students in the district.”
