| PiNG is organizing a festival dedicated to Makers : Festival D (D is for DIY).
It will take place in Nantes on September 26th and 27th in le lieu unique (national cultural venue). The aim of Festival D is to value the creativity of the Makers and to give the opportunity to everyone (from experts to a general audience) to discover this movement and the persons beyond through presentations (in an exhibition spirit), workshops, discussions… If, as a Maker, you want to share your creative work with curious people, to meet other Makers or to publicly show what you’ve developed in your fablab, feel free to answer the call for proposals(deadline: May 30th 2015). The call is written in French but as it is an event based on mediation and knowledge sharing, your ability to communicate in French will be very much appreciated. Please note this is not a business event. If you plan to sell something, this is not the right event.
